CSPNE launches new multi-year strategic plan 2022-2027

Northeastern Ontario - The Conseil scolaire public du Nord-Est de l'Ontario (CSPNE) is proud to present its new multi-year strategic plan (PSP) 2022-2027.  This governance tool allows the CSPNE to articulate its goals while ensuring the organization's mission and vision are met.  

Following a process of consultation and reflection with several target groups, the trustees developed a plan that identifies the strategic outcomes to be achieved over the next 5 years.

The new PSP builds on the previous one by maintaining its vision statement, values and slightly modifying its mission to be more specific.  
- Vision: A place for everyone, success for all.
- Mission: The CSPNE provides French language education from early childhood through to high school graduation that values the strengths and develops the abilities of every student.
- Organizational Values: Visionary, Committed, Inclusive, Authentic.

Organizational dynamism is evident in its new focus areas and ambitious strategic outcomes that fuel a new drive for continuous improvement and accountability.  
- Strategic areas: Students, Staff, Schools, Capacity.

In accordance with universal values, the CSPNE covers an area of 46,453 km2 and provides the communities of Hearst, Kapuskasing, Iroquois Falls, Timmins, Temiskaming Shores, Sturgeon Falls, North Bay and Parry Sound with quality French-language education. Close to 2,100 northeastern Ontario students have chosen French-language public schools.
